Hi all, this news is so big, it's short--there's only one way to write it! We are almost there!

This means the merch fiasco has taken a backseat, but please know I gotchoo! In person and mail deliveries will be a top priority. Just because 91 packages were lost, we need to celebrate the 140 packages that made it to their homes.
Welp, it was something I was curious about for a long time, but the label-printing company I used for the packages have refunded 91 shipping labels because the packages were never scanned. I'm not going to sugar-coat this... it sucks. I dropped off the merch mail in a big batch, and it blows my mind that 91 packages just never got scanned. Also, we know they never got scanned, but that begs the question... what actually did happen to them? Who is rolling in dice and pins and pictures of me? Or are they all in a garbage dump somewhere? Mostly, I'm frustrated because of how little help everyone was when I went back to check on my labels and ask weeks later why the packages weren't scanned. I got "Oh well"'d a few more times than I'm comfortable with. I'm gutted. At times, I'm really angry, and at other times, I'm really sad.
That being said, the next step is to order more merch, shipping materials, and labels (at least the labels are being refunded), and to ship the new orders to you. It's nothing that time and money can't fix, but that's about as far as I go on the optimism tree at the moment. Wait, maybe I can go a little further up. Problems exist in every area of life, and right now, I have "my own company" problems. I asked to be a boss, so... Boss Problems.
And now, I have to apologize to you folks. You've all been so patient, and I'm truly sorry this has happened. Every person I've talked to, from fellow kickstarter launchers to the clerks at the desks agree this is extremely strange. But trust me, you will get your dice and pins and pics. I'll make sure of it!

Shipping Updates
I've packaged and dropped off every physical merch item to the post office. That was over 2 weeks ago. Many of my labels don't even reflect that the packages made it to the USPS--the labels on my end simply say that they have been printed and they are "ready to be shipped." This is very stressful to me as some packages have been delivered (internationally too!) to happy customers. And the others are... not in existence? I've begun investigating to physical locations, but so far I've been met with shrugs and people looking up tracking numbers only to discover that what I'm telling them is true. Please cross your fingers for me (and for you) that this gets sorted out... and soon! It feels like it's out of my control, but the other part of me wants to hop behind the counters and go poking around in their "back areas," which, though not an innuendo, still might be illegal.
I'm shipping things! I'm hoping to have every package in the mail by next Tuesday, Jan 18th! It's a tall order, but I've got Kyra Sedgwick keeping me company as I continue to bask in my alter-ego, Aunt Amy, and binge "The Closer."
P.S. I'm also trying to do in-person (COVID-safe) deliveries to folks in Los Angeles as an excuse to see my friends in person and catch up for a few minutes! It's going great so far, and I'm LOVING looking into your beautiful eye-holes :)
P.P.S. It is hilarious to me that you, my backers, are listed as "unfulfilled" on my end of the Kickstarter project menu. Don't worry, friends, fulfillment is coming... in the form of pins and dice!
